Well, here we are.
They say that it takes practice and repetition to build habits, and my goal last year was to write here on a somewhat regular basis. If you look at the archive you can see that did not happen 😅. A new year lends itself to starting anew, and I do intend to do that!
I’ve got some new coffee coming within the next week that I’m excited to write about here from a roaster I love in Montana, Black Coffee Roasting Company. There will be both a light and a seasonal dark roast that I’m excited try!
